Station #3 is Aberdeen Fire Department’s newest sub-station and is designed to accommodate the population growth of Aberdeen and the department’s increased volunteer membership.

The station is located just a few miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground along MD-22 and replaces an antiquated station that only provided space for one piece of apparatus. The new station provides the department with modern station living amenities and room to house four new pieces of apparatus.

The first floor living area contains a, working kitchen, recreation room, exercise equipment. The second floor provides members with a conference room, showers and a co-ed bunk room that has direct access to the apparatus bay. A decontamination room, station office and custom turn-out gear lockers are immediately accessible from the apparatus bay.
