Manns Woodward Studios Partners With Decker Contracting To Design & Build New EMS Station |

Manns Woodward Studios and Decker Contracting of Elkton, Maryland were selected by Cecil County and the Department of Emergency Services to design and build a new 6,000 S.F. EMS station in Colora, Maryland. The New Station will provide space for five pieces of apparatus along with a living spaces designed to accomodate the requirements of a full-time career staff. Living spaces include locker rooms, shower areas, operational management offices, a working kitchen and a recreational great room.

Manns Woodward Studios Commissioned To Design Additions & Renovations To Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Station |

Manns Woodward Studios has been selected by the Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Company to complete architectural services related to the renovation and expansion of their existing station. The current station consists of segments constructed throughout the past century with the first portion originally built in 1930. The project will likely consist of new apparatus bays to accomodate todays large equipment and the complete renovation of the existing interior operations and living areas. |

Manns Woodward Studios To Design Addition To Queen Anne's County Sheriffs Department |

The Team at Manns Woodward Studios, Inc. was selected to design a new 6,800 S.F. addition to the departments existing facility to accommodate the county's growing population and law enforcement needs. The new space will provide the department with areas for training, evidence storage and processing, interviews, and investigations. In addition, the existing holding cells and interrogation rooms will be renovated and hardened to meet current national law enforcement standards. The facility will also serve as a satellite emergency operations center. |

Manns Woodward Studios Designs Queen Anne's County Animal Control Quarantine Facility |

The Team at Manns Woodward Studios, Inc. was selected to design a new kennel and animal facility for Queen Anne's County Division of Animal Control. The project consists of 14 segragated kennels and associated equipment rooms designed to provide space for dogs that are required to be temporarily isolated from the genaral population. |

Manns Woodward Studios To Design New 24,000 S.F. Fire Station in Grasonville, MD. |

Manns Woodward Studios, Inc. was selected from a pool of three other architects to design the new Grasonville Volunteer Fire Department located in Queen Anne's County. The new station will be a significant improvement from their aging facility and will be designed to achieve LEED certification. The final design will be approximately 24,000 S.F. and support 8 pieces of apparatus, and sleep upto 48 volunteers.

Len The Plumber Prepares To Break Ground! |

Bidding has commenced for the new 12,000 S.F. corporate headquarters facility for local plumbing service contractor "Len The Plumber." The project is being bid by pre-qualified contractors and site development is already underway on it's Washington Blvd. Site in Baltimore City. The building boats numerous sustainable features including over 20 skylites, clerestory windows, renewable flooring and artificial light conservation equipment. |

Manns Woodward Studios opened our new office in White Marsh, Maryland; conveniently located seconds from Interstate 95.
Our new base of operations houses some of the industries most cutting edge technology; including state of the art workstations, BIM software, scanners, laser plotters and teleconferencing communications hardware. Our office is organized to facilitate the collaborative experiences for both our team and clients. |

Habitat For Humanity Blitz Build Complete |

The team at Manns Woodward Studios participated in the dedication of three town homes built by Pulte Homes for the Harford Habitat for Humanity "Blitz Build." Architectural services for the project that took five days to construct were donated by Robert Manns and David Woodward.
Manns Woodward Studios is honored to have participated in the event and looks forward to assisting the community with future projects.
