We believe in and execute a true team effort when it comes to design. We put the needs of our clients first, and invite them to be intimately and constantly involved in the exciting process. As a team we understand our job is to listen to our clients, discern their needs, offer solutions to problems, and incorporate their feedback into a cohesive final solution. Our design approach focuses on the management of client expectations and maintaining a constant line of communication. We recognize that all projects, large or small, have a variety of expectations and that a project's true success is measured upon whether or not those expectations have been met.
For purposes of understanding and managing our cilents expectations we have developed a form of "quality control" that is broken down into four distinct phases that coincide with the typical design and construction process. Each phase implements a similar six step process which has been developed to identify, maintain, and document these expectations. This simple, yet thorough process ensures that critical information is not left stranded in the channels of ineffective communication. As such, our projects are well coordinated and designed to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. |
