Manns Woodward Studios, Inc. was founded in 2006 by principals David Woodward, AIA, LEED AP and Robert Manns, AIA. The firm was established so that Woodward and Manns could pursue small projects while maintaining their roles as senior project architects and upper managerial staff for public safety and institutional projects at another local firm. Realizing early success, the firm invested in cutting edge industry technology and cultivated sound client relationships. By September of 2008, despite the start of a recession the firm had grown and Manns and Woodward made the decision to pursue the firm full time and expand into the markets that better coincided with their passions and professional experiences in public safety and community oriented architecture.
We operate from an office in White Marsh, Maryland; conveniently located seconds from Interstate 95. Our studio houses the industries cutting edge technology; including state of the art workstations, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, large format scanners, laser plotters and teleconferencing communications hardware. We are organized to facilitate collaborative experiences for both our team and clients. Our small size and investment in technology enables the principal staff to be directly involved in all aspects of the design process ensuring that every project gets the skilled and affordable attention it deserves.
We have a true passion for what we do and work tirelessly to make each project a success for our clients and community. We invite you to take a moment to browse our portfolio and if you think we might be a fit for your upcoming project please feel free to contact us! |
